Thank you for shopping with DesiGo. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (available in selected cities)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
Available only for eligible pin codes in India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (India)

DesiGo currently ships across most locations within India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Rural Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and your location.

International Shipping

Currently, DesiGo does not offer international shipping.

We may expand our services to international locations in the future.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier partners such as:

The courier used will depend on your location and shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after the order is dispatched.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the package (if damaged).

  3. Our team will investigate the issue with the courier partner.

If confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a refund according to our return policy.

Delivery Restrictions

Some remote areas or pin codes may experience longer delivery times or may not support Cash on Delivery.

If we cannot deliver to your location, our support team will contact you and arrange an alternative solution.
